Club Factory — jelly shoes

I order one jelly shoes but I didn't log in I just made payment like that I want to know what will happen will I get the shoes my name is clarabel syiemlieh and my address is nongstoin money has been debited from my account I have not registered myself with club factory. The main problem is that I cannot track the order because I ordered it without logging in

Club factory refunded amount for my order(SO[protected] reason they put was Missing.Refund Amount is (8.94USD). I withdraw that club factory balance to my bank account, But I didn't receive that money in my bank account.How long it will take?
