[Resolved] Club Factory — led men stars shoes

I had made a guest order in club factory. My order no is so81996963. Now i am not able to track my order.

It's been 1 month since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

Pls help me out to track my order.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, this order is not placed successfully, there is not payment from our Paytm system. You can contact us at [protected]@clubfactory.com with your banking transaction screenshot if you insist the payment is done.
