Club Factory — longer delivery time

It's taking much longer to deliver my product (A watch), ordered on 29th june 2019. The expected delivery date was 7th july 2019- 17th july 2019. It's known to me that club factory takes a much longer time but still it should definitely be informed that it's gonna take such time. I have ordered this as a birthday gift but due to it's late delivery my wish went in vain. Moreover, i had to buy something else as a gift which resulted in loss of both time and money. I will think twice before placing my next order, which may result in deactivating my "club factory" account. I do not need the 65 rupees compensation as my reward. Thank you.

So[protected] i was order on 07/11/2019 and it was showing the date 16 july delivery. I was order this dress for some purpose and till now i didn't get my product. For making fool to me you give rs 65 coupon for late delivery today date
