Club Factory — money not refunded it has been 5 days

I have received my ordered product which turned out to be big in size..so I returned the product
My product has been taken 5 days ago still Money is not refunded..please tell me when I will get my money back...
I have contacted the customer care number they have not responded...I have also contacted the support chat in cf app but there also no response.kindly please help me to get my money
