Complaint marked as Resolved That’s my problem that even after calling twice to the company customer care, no action has been taken to process my order. Even the customer care executive is not supportive to tell me the exact reason for delay and by when I should expect my order, instead of that they are telling me that if you want your order you have to wait that’s it. I have not received any mail or sms from company to inform about delay and new expected delivery date. The order is still stuck in the same action “preparing” from dec 16 to till now and company doesn’t even care to help us process the order. I don’t want to wait for another 1-2months( as I have seen complaints from other ppl waiting from 1-2 month for their order), please process my order asap or cancel it and refund.
