Club Factory — my orders are not yet shipped

I had placed 2 orders on December 28th and 29th (SO[protected] & SO[protected]. From the past 11 days it's been in the customs clearance. It was expected to be delivered on January 15th and 16th. 5 days passed by and it's not yet shipped from the Indian warehouse. I had ordered the items regarding a trip outside my country which is on January 23rd. I didn't receive any response from the club factory even after calling their customer care service and sending so many mails. And 6 days ago I had submitted a complaint here too. Jan 20, 2020 Updated by Elenza Mariam Biju I mentioned that my trip was on Jan 23rd above. It was a mistake. And it's actually on Jan 25th. So I can receive it on any day before Jan 25th.
