Club Factory — my product is cancelled without informing me it was in custom clearance

At custom clearance - june 30 2020
Hlo sir,
I want to tell that i ordered the product from clubfactory and sir it was ordered on june 18 and on june 30 it came into custom clearance and from then till today it was showing in custom clearance only nd now my product is cancelled when i opened the app it is showing canceling order but i didn't cancel it sir please i want my product or else give me refund sir it's a request to you sir please
