I had placed a pre-paid order on 9.1.2019 which was supposed to get delivered by 26.01.2019.
I only received a text message from cf on 16 jan., i didn't get any delivery message/call.
Now, after waiting for such a long time, in the app it says that the ordered product has been delivered on 22jan, 2019 and now its 13 feb 2019 today and i haven't received my order till date.
I also tried reaching out for help, but its no where to be found. I've talked 8 times to the customer care executive, each and everytime they told me to escalate my complaint.
They also do not answering and cut the call in the mid after hearing everything.
I want my 964/- rupees back in my account as soon as possible.
Very poor service... I am totally fed up.
