[Resolved] Club Factory — no loss of money as off now,but the worst customer care experience who even asked my google pay password too. | |||
Hi I didnt loose any money, and i got the product on today, which i have ordered so many days back. But the thing is to know my order details (due to too much delay) i called CUSTOMER CARE of CLUB FACTORY with below numbers. [protected] [protected] They doesnt know english properly and they really irritated alot. I didnt experience this much worst situation with any other CUSTOMER CAREs. I called to check the order tracking details, and i said i already paid through ola money. But they are asking my DebitCard number, which is so discussing and finally i said no, they i cut the call. Again i got a call from some number and she said sorry for inconvieniece, i said i need my money back, i dont need the item which i have ordered now because of their behaviour with me. For that she asked me to download anyDesk app and she is asking my google pay and PAYTM balances. I lost my patience and said i dont even need money, she is asking for the google pay password too.After that i cut the call. I dont know what is the process to refund money. But better to hire good and honest CUSTOMER CARE employee. But luckily i got my order after this ### call with CUSTOMER CARE people. Was this information helpful? | |||
