Club Factory — not able to return and need money back

My package is late for. Week and no response from club factory i also try to call customer care no. No response there too

The pastel orange top which was ordered from club factory, was large in size, so I want to exchange it.so kindly exchange the item as early as possible.contact no [protected]

I mistakenly pay money two times and I get refund only one time and my money is missing I want it back.and because of network problem my cash I payed two times
