[Resolved] Club Factory — not delivered yet. inaccurate info by county.

I had ordered SO[protected] from club factory on Jul 08. I have not yet received my order till date and I received a message last Monday that it has been delivered. The courier details of Delhivery shows they have not collected the order as it shows under custom clearance from 16 Jul19. How long does this clearance take ? Pl clear it as soon as possible.
