[Resolved]  Club Factory — not genuine product

Cheater company. Never go for it.
All the reviews on club factory app, number showing sold items and product images are totally fake.
Product are not genuine for even after discounted price for they are offering.
Every image of product is photoshopped very well to trap the innocent customers
My experience:
I purchased a jacket when i got it, i was totally shocked after seeing the product. It was very low quality. After that, i decide to return it from the app. I made a return request and since last 3 days it is showing that return is in shipped status. I was waiting for further status, but nothing happened.
One day, i wrote a mail regarding return as below:
Hi,
I purchased a jacket which does not meet my expectations.
Now i want to return it and money back to me.
I have made already a return request through your app, but it is still showing in shipped status since last 2 days.
Please help.

After making a return request on our app, please courier the item to the following return address.

According to our return policy, you need to bear the shipping fee of return. And please do put a paper with your order number and return reason on it so that we can identify the package and process the refund without delay.

I have ordered toe ring the quality of the ring is very poor. N the pic u showed is 2 toe ring but u have send me only one toe ring..I'm very much disappointed

We are sorry the local pickup service is not available now, so I am afraid that you may call the courier to pick it and return. Really sorry for the inconvenience to you. We will try our best to improve ourselves and take this into consideration so that you have a better experience here.
And dear, you could call the courier to collect your parcel. Any one will be ok like Indian Post, DTDC or others, only if the parcel could reach us safely and is economical to you dear.
Once we receive it,  the refund will be made in 3-5 days. And normally it will be back to your original account in 8-15 days. We will reflect to our relevant department and they will take it into consideration. Have a nice day.

My order id 8526487 placed in month of Nov 2017, tracking number V43072987 .

I have been calling them for the last 6 months & everytime they asked the above details & then disconnect.

I paid 6000 rs so far no refund has been initiated.

I orderd 8th April ur tracking detail show order dispach..still product did not receive and did not get any information regarding product..plz give responce
I have ordered toe ring the quality is very low.in the pic u showed 2 toe rings n u have sent me only 1 ring n once I put to my toe it broked..I'm very disappointed.
I ordered a pair of shoes about 1 and a half week ago and now unable to track my order on internet and haven't got it either. I have already paid the amount but it's really inappropriate from your side that any order can't be tracked by your tracking system. Plz do the needful and appropriate action.
