I have placed an order of 5 Items on 05/02/02018. I received only 1 item out of 4. I also had a conversation with your customer care executive (Raj Aryan from west Bengal) regarding the issue. He is asking card no for the refund of those 4 items which i did not received.
As per my knowledge asking card no from the customer is sevior offence.Please look into the matter and solve on priority basis. Deliver my full order or refund me rest amount with in 24 hrs.
