Club Factory — neither respond nor action taken by club factory of my complain that app is not showing tracking orders

This is the second day i am messaging again n again that i have to return a product... Ur. Return day limit is 9 days... U people r not responding, not doing anything.. Even after knowing that my order is not showing in tracking order... Or.. Order..
I[censored] people dont respect the time limits... Than why give time limits to us???
Pls tell us is there any phone no. We can talk or contact???... I had posted so many msgs... But there is no body to listen my complains... Still no action is taken... I m really very much annoyed by all this.

Hi.. I get my order today. I want to return one of my order.

But as u know i earlier said also my order never came in "orders" or"in tracking my order". Than how i could i return now???
I do request to return my order the day i receive my order
So i hope u will co opeate nd will not pass 9 days only in conversation. I really want n wish to return one of my order as soon as possible but how can i??? Because my order is not showing any where in ur app.. So pleas help

Hi... As i said earlier my product is not showing any where in ur app.. So how can i follow the steps u mentioned above to return the product. Its very tiring nd time taking to msg u again nd again... I msg product no. Nd each n every detail same day which i want to return. I dont know how much time u people will take to show my order in ur app. Pls do fasr what u have to do..

I ordered three bags nd i want yo return one bag. The product which i want to return cann't be used. The quality of product is very low... The rate is high... I really cannot use that bag.
I had complaint every where inur app, website, customer cete... But no action is taken still.
How much time i have to wait... Its really disgusting we doing msgs over messages.. But there is no response.
Pls respond nd take action fast

Hi, today i contact to 'gati courior " service to take back the bag which i want to return back... U know what he replied to me that he did not get any email from the company (Club factory) than how can he collect the bag from me.
I m shocked really.. Inspite of so mush msgs.. Your company didnit sent e mail yet???
I m surprised with irresponsiblities u people showing nd really the way you people run the company is horrible.
Tell me clearly how much time i have to wait for the call from ur service man of raipur nd how much time u people will take to send e mail to your raipur office
