[Resolved] Club Factory — not received even after complaining | |
I have not received my order yet. It feels like the customer gets no help from anywhere. Club factory shows tracking updates saying current location somewhere and ecom says its still in delhi.. This is such a lie by club factory. And ecom express is taking to long to even send it across. I want to cancel my order and get my refund... But they are not even doing it... I want it to be cancel as soon as possible...

The tracking info on the courier's website is the rough tracking info. So it doesn't show the exact location of the order. Normally you will receive your order in 5-6 days. I had booked & made online payment of Rs 1004 to purchase while handle. My order no is 17156287 tracking no[protected] xpressbees. I am neither able to track the shipment nor received my item. Pl help.
