My order noso16908739. Not received items. Called customer care and they told item returned to club factory. Ecom executive called me on 23/4 & i couldnt attend the call. The next day message came, but not get call from ecom executive. Tried to call but call connected to another executive. Kindly check and let me know why my order has not been received. Payment has already been taken on 21 April and confirmation been given on 23 April . kindly advise why it is taking so long and I have also been informed that it is being shipped by express bees but when I am tracking it says still in progress. It is a shirt of 700/-odd Rs.
I have ordered since 15 days or more and the estimated date of delivery was given 25th of April but till now i didn't get it nor I got a call for the delivery. And I need it urgently as I will be going out of station for some days. So please resolve it quickly so that I can get my order as soon as possible.
Club factory sale is a fake ithink.i never grab the first gift in the sale..when sale starts it's simply saying out of stock.
I have place an order ( SO[protected] . Name on the order it written MUNNA DASS how ever the correct name is MANSA DASS.
I also need to know when it will be deliver with correct name.
I have sent an email as well but it was not deliver . I request you to deliver the product with correct name .. do send me the confirmation about the same.
I have ordered for women fashion flower pattern wallet on 10/08-2018(order noSO[protected] and paid rs108.81 by debit card.i have not received the product yet. Pl look into this matter
I Narayanan ordered a water filter on 31/10/18 today I got an SMS deliver ING it today but the coriour agent is not ready to deliver the item at my home.orderNo.SO60019508 mobile. [protected]. [protected]
Sir, I ordered an item vide order no.SO87301636 for rupees 243.46 only and the same amount has been debited from my account accordingly.But the said said order has been cancelled for unknown reasons.The amount debited has not been refunded till now.May I know the whether the amount will be refunded or not ?
