[Resolved] Club Factory — order delivered package is empty

The order which was delivered today is an empty package, there is nothing inside the package.
I want my package to be delivered or please refund my money.
I got my order delivered but it was a torn package and the product what I ordered is not inside.
This is the second time I'm having trouble like this the order what I booked I want it be delivered if not I want my money to be refunded.
The product what I booked is a black anklet.

नमस्कार सर, हमने क्लब फैक्ट्री से एक Bluetooth earphone ऑर्डर किया था।जो एक कंबो पैक था जिसमें एक चार्जर aur और एक चार्जर केबल होना चाहिए था लेकिन जब मैंने पैकेट खोला तो उसके अंदर केवल चार्जर और charger केबल था। bluetooth earphone था ही नहीं। कृपया मेरी सहायता करें

I too got a message and fraud call from [protected] and the guy told me that i won Tata Safari or 12 lacs something cash prize. He was having all my details. This means shopping on club factory is not safe as all our personal data is exposed. Someone from club factory can u atleast reply.
