Hi, It is very disappointing. I had ordered on 28 september 2017 & still i didn't receive my order. Its more than a month. Customer care executives are not helping me or giving me any solution. Now i want to them to refund my amount & don't want their products. This is my last shopping in club factory. I am not going to continue with this #. They are not sticking to policy. The policy says 2weeks & still haven't receive my products. They are giving proper response. Disgusting & these people are fraud. Not refunding my money. I received a watch I ordered for my husband it arrived and was broke sent message to customer support and got a message saying it must of been damaged in transit and offered me 5 dollars refund that’s a laugh I live in uk and I paid £16 so I refused and got another message saying we offer you 6 dollars are they thick I want another watch or refund they should not be able to sell if this is how they treat customers
