[Resolved] Club Factory — order is not delivered

Hi,
I've placed the order of bag (So[protected] on 9th may 2018. It is showing that the product has been delivered at destination city bareilly on 18th may 2018 through gati courier but i didn't receive any product yet. I have been calling gati courier service since 18th may, they are saying the order is in bareilly godown only and will be delivered with a day or two. So today is 23rd, it's been 5 days.
Is this your services, it's pathetic.
Look into this matter and get the concerned resolved asap.

I have not yet received the above mentioned ordered item till date. Can't even trace the item through your tracking site also... I have already made the online payment through SBI debit card.
