Club Factory — Order not delivered Clothing

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have placed order on dated 04/07/2020. For which made online payment also. however till date the order is not delivered. There is no status also. The App is not working. The last status was showing as on 15/07/2020 the order reached Indian customs and clearance. i either need my order or refund of my amount. Kindly take action.
