[Resolved] Club Factory — order not yet shipped (it's been 20 days)

My order no so78513206, its been 20days. Since i ordered on 23rd dec 2018 n its not yet shipped, it has to be delivered by 10th jan n there is no sign of shipping details. I have fedup contacting c. F cc as they are least bothered n not solving my issue. They are not even saying what's the problm wouldb. I want my order to been shipped n delivered asap. I will never ever trust this site again. I really worried n its not a small amount. Ple resolve my problem as some of the ordered items are meant to be gifted for my closed one's. Pls help me in solving my issue.8

I have orderd a set of rings...In the month of novemeber..But till date i havent received the product..Im much depressed about this matter.!No information about my product at all..kindly help me to slove this problem.!i have called too many times to customer care number but there was no responce at all.
