[Resolved] Club Factory — ordered a prepaid product but haven't received | |||||
I placed an order of rs. 829.35 as a guest through website of club factory. The order number provided to me: so42585900. It was expected to arrive till 11th sep but i haven't received anything. I tried the courier company with details tracking :[protected] Courier :delhivery But they have no parcel. I tried the customer care of the company but on call they said they can't do anything and on chat support they said they don't have any information, they will elevate the complaint. But no response since then and now when i ask for refund, there is no response from support. What should i do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After 40 days of ordering the product, I have finally received it.
But there was no communication from the company end about the problem and delay related to my situation. The service of the company is very poor and so does the support. Other than that, it doesn't even fall under the jurisdictions of the country they send product to.
I am very disappointed with what I went through and likely to never order products online. Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
