[Resolved] Club Factory — over delay due to custom clearance | |
I have not received my order yet. Request you deliver it as soon as possible or cancel it and refund the prepaid amount. Order id: so[protected] Order placed on : 15 june 2019 Its been so long and still the package is at costumes. I tried calling both delhivery support team and also the club factory support team but none seems to be concerned of. Delhivery team is saying that they have not received any instructions to pickup the courier and club factory team is saying its at the customs which they can not help. Is this the support both the companies are providing to their loyal customers? Such a bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered on 19th of June and till today i.e 5th july I have not received my order.

Tracking no[protected] is not yet delivered from past 6 days its showing in custom clearance .. How much more time will it take to deliver my order.. And the payment is already paid via paytm plsz deliver my parcel asap or refund my money asap..solve my problem asap or cancel my order and give me a refund
