Club Factory — parcel missing

Dear Sir,
I have not received my parcel bearing order no. SO12044021 and tracking no.EQ[protected]IN. It was booked before 14th of January. I was continuously tracking it, in transit, it reached to my nearest place Rajgarh but surprisingly it was again sent back to the transit Ambala instead of sending it to my mentioned place. Kindly help me to sort out this problem. I have given my address below.
