Club Factory — payment and quality issues

On 8/02/2020 i paid for an order money got debited from my account but order was not made. Another time i placed an order of denim pants but what i got was really disappointed. It was a poor quality pants. I ordered black and got blue which is of no use. Many times there are quality issues.. What we see is totally different from what we receive. So refund my money

I ordered kids panties but they send one pair of socks

I had asked for ear phone, which is fake, now I want to return it, I will choose to replace the item, and give me back my money. pls refund my money, you understand and quikly replace my product plss

I've ordered this product by mistake and I was unable to pay for my order and I will not be able to collect the product . So please understand my problem. i request you to cancel my order
