[Resolved] Club Factory — pickup rescheduled repeatedly | |||
My order is being rescheduled for pickup on a daily basis by club factory since 19 april 2018. When i contacted the courier service (Ecom) they informed me that club factory is rescheduling the pickup. Today i tried to get in touch with club factory to get the order cancelled but they did not reply on chat option available in the application. My order no. Verified Support Apr 24, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, Your order is in custom clearance now. Thus it shows pick up rescheduled daily. After that, the local courier will pick up it and update the tracking info. Please check it again after several days. After the problem is solved, please give us a 5-star comment here.
