@clubfactory I am quite disappointed with the response i got from your side. This sounds very unethical handling of customers queries. Please do understand that i made return request within couple of minutes i looks at the product unboxing. Return id : son[protected] Request time : 2 nov 2017 3:00:18 pm Now it is your duty to send a person at my doorstep to collect the poor quality product. How can customer supposed to bare for the return of product charges? Additionally, you are forcing the customer to make courier on their own and bare the courier charges even though poor quality product is totally fault from your side. I also called the concerned person on given contact number : +91- [protected] and they also assured to initiate the return process in smooth fashion. Please check call logs for last couple of days as it must be get recorded for your satisfaction. So, in any case, you must initiate your local supply chain person to collect the product and close the issue on high priority basis.
