Club Factory — product delivered was duplicate and amount was returned

Hello team, i have ordered indulekha hair oil with shampoo from club factory app but i have received 3 hair oil packs which are duplicate and damaged. I have raised return request and they picked it back. But till today i didnt received the my money back. When i tried to contact customer care they are asking did you received any sms or did you collected slip from there courier partner which i didnt receive or given by the courier person. When i have requested to place a return request they havent mentioned any of these or they havent written some where of the process. Please make sure i receive my money back.
