Club Factory — product not delivered but status shows delivered without even contacting | |||
Ordered product from clubfactory and on 20th november 2019 under order number [protected], it showed status as delivered however no one contacted me neither delivered it as i live alone and there is no one to collect it as well. I tried connecting their customer care but they keep call on connecting mode for 30-45 minutes without a single response. Tried connecting on chat as well but the customer care person is unable to understand and just giving one answer that product is delivered. Was this information helpful? | |||

Order number is :SO[protected] I order the product on 25th oct and the delivery date is 2nd nov. And then change delivery date 2nd to 12th nov.But still i havn't received my order and the status is please be patient.i want to cancel my order please help me.here i attach the screenshot please check ane revert.

I ordered a specs and Bluetooth headset on Club factory and my order ID is [protected] and these people didn't call me on any updates and courier guys also didn't call and they say we attempted to deliver you and not reachable and not able to contact me and they didn't call me for even a single time
I got product from club factory it is not working properly so I want to return the product but it is showing empty in orders
I have placed an order with an order number SO[protected] and already paid for this order. But it is not showing any order in my account. Even I am not able to track it.
Tracking of the order is not increasingly according to given date... No idea when will receive my order..

We ordered for 5 sarees on 31.10.2019 by COD.
But at the time of delivery we received only 3 sarees and paid the full amount before opening the package because of the compulsion of the delivery boy. We feel very much disappointed and we need our money back. So please take our complaint into consideration and do some favor.

Missing of 2 gray sarees
I have ordered Saree but saree quality is not good as per prize so I want to return Saree product but Return option is not available.
