Club Factory — received a wrong product and not taking the return of it | |
I have ordered a women one piece dress around 5th of december and it was communicated to me that i will be receiving the product maximum in 15 days. I had received the product after 20 days of making the order. I had received a different dress from which i had ordered and i had asked club factory to return it. They have taken around 20 days to investigate the issues and i had the complete conversation with me. Now they are refusing to return the product by mentioning their policy of no returns after 9 days of delivering the product. Was this information helpful? | |
