I have not got my refund amount in my bank account i refunded on august 8 2019 i didn't receive it!
And i'm trying to call the customer care care they're least bothered to pick the call!
Worst behavior!!
If i am not getting any response from you
I'm going to file a complaints
During any purchases you'll send 100 message but now no response!
Do it immediately

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, if in the APP it shows withdraw successful, you can contact your bank for the issue, sometimes the bank fail to receive the money.
