[Resolved] Club Factory — refund for item returned 15 days back

I have returned the item order from CF on 2 jan 2019.
It was a damaged product and costed me 2150, when i returned the product it was shown that i will receive an 1958 which i was not happy about so i talked to CF chat support and they gave me the compensation of 400 rs. I received it
However the major concern is that i have not yet received the refund of main amount of 1958 in return of the damaged product.
I have been spending hours on chat support to get my money back but they keep telling me that i have to wait for 2-3 days in order to get this processed.
At some point they said i have already received the refund confusing the amount of compensation which is 400 with my actual refund amount 1958.
I am sick of talking to CF support ever other day and get stupid answers in return. This is insane it was my first purchase with CF and i have been greatly disappointed. I have some screenshots of the the chat.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP (1958 Rs)

Updated by Arbie Now you can see then laughing being so careless about the situation. I am going through a financial hardship and I need my money back as quick as possible, please assist. Thank you

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, I checked all the conversation between you and the agents. Very sorry for the bad experience. It seems you have got the refund except the shipping fee. I have also returned that part to you. Please check your app account balance.
