This is regarding my order number: so51245365, out of the three products only one product has been delivered and i was informed that as the other two products are not available and a refund was made. The amount to be refunded is rs. (1989.81 + 809.99) = rs.2799.80, and till today i have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Please take the matter seriously and expedite corrective action as soon as possible.
