Club Factory — refund has not been done

In order so5445555.. I have shipped 4 items to club factory return center all together. But only for 3 items refund has been initiated. Its been 1 month and the refund has not been processed for that returned item. I have lost all. My trust to club factory. Returned item no is bag[protected]

Another issue is :
In my order, 1 item didn't come in the package.. It was missed.in order no. So5714614. I didn't receive the item fashion long sleeved coat. Item i'd is : cja[protected]n. Total items i ordered in no. Was 10 but i received only 9 items in my order.
