Club Factory — refund is rejecting and pick up done but not refunded

I have ordered a floral jewellery set from. Club factory which was defective and damage and some are wrong in quantity and poor quality and i return that parcel but after delivered to them rejecting the product... When i raised complaint they are making me a fool while giving silly reasons... Telling me that i'll get my refund back in 10 days now almost 20 days since i ordered that product... I want my money to refunded soon... I fed up talking. To club factory customer service...
