I have ordered wireless mouse and i have received the delivery on 27 sep 2018. But when i opened the package it was defective as it seems like a used or the product is damaged in commute. So i returned the item on 28 sep 2018 the very next day of delivery to the same delivery guy who came for pick up. But till now refund is not processed. When i called customer care they are saying we haven't received the return yet. They are not even bothered to check with the delivery team. Its more than 14 days and i'm shocked to see the service level. Want my refund as soon as possible.
