Club Factory — refund not received for almost 2 months | |
I have returned 4 items on the 26th of december 2017, that i purchased from club factory and haven't received the refund till date. It has been almost 2 months and my patience is running thin. I will be left with no option than to contact the consumer forum in this regard. My refund id is sor[protected]. I odered a product and the tracking information about the product is not providing to me and i did not know about the product, the customer care associates only contact through messaging and they did not fullfill my queries
