[Resolved]  Club Factory — refund of money through paytm

I had placed an order for boots on club factory 3 days ago. Today i received a mail saying the following-

Thank you for your order so[protected].
We're sorry but while processing your order so[protected], some items are no longer available. The related refund has been issued through paytm to guest_user_*

I did not use paytm to make the original payment. I had used my debit card. I would like the refund to come back to my bank account.

I don't know whom to call to fix this problem.

Once I made this complaint, the company swiftly rectified the problem over email and I received my refund to my bank account
