Hello,

I had made a purchase from your site (order# SO[protected] and the order was failed however the amount was deducted from my bank account. I placed the order again (#SO30050977 this got declined from your end) and amount was deducted for that also. I have been contacting the customer care over phone and they do not answer my query and asks me to contact thru chat, I have been contacting your team thru chat from a week and there is not proper response also there are different person responding each time and asking the same question repeatedly. Your team said that the amount has not reached your team hence I call my bank and axis bank to which the amount was credit and they confirmed that the beneficiary account & I believe your team is not bothered about the same.

Request you to fix this on priority as I wish to proceed to Social Media about the same and also file a consumer complaint or visit my nearby Police station. You being a reputed company was not expecting such treatment to the customer.
