Club Factory — regarding refund issues

Dear sir/madam
We have barrow landry bag from club factory order number so34025060. Due to very small size we have return the product as per the company policy. As per their policy refunded amount was rs.302.48.
But i have received rs.0.00 from the concern company.

Please look in to this matters and resolved it early as possible.
