[club factory] we're sorry but while processing your order so28384641, some items are no longer available. A refund of inr702.4545 has been issued to your account balance. You may withdraw your balance in club factory app. Alos, to compensate your loss we've put a rs.30 coupon in your account. SO26228769 this my order no. Received with mail n I m unable to fetch the details about it's shopping or anything whereas I have paid full amount through paytm. I took no. From Google n was unable to contact if I won't be able to get product return my amount.

i ordered iron man sunglasses from guest mode through web but when i received my parcel its right hand side handle was broken which not in a condition to wear. And now i am unable to return it.
so either you take it back or exchange it as soon as possible. I am really got disappointed from your service this time because it never happened with me from your side. i already wasted my 20 days for receiving my parcel and when received this happened
