[Resolved] Club Factory — regarding the problem in order and payment status

I have ordered a backpack costing 476 and i have paid online too on 12 august 2019 but it is not showing paid. The order is showing unfinished. The order number is so[protected] and my account id on club factory site is google_user_[protected]. The sbi online transaction reference number is[protected]igagucdpx2.
I request you to look into it.

My order is not delivered and it been more than a month . The order status also stop updating from 17 july .The the customer care service is also very poor as it doesn't respond quickly and takes so much time to respond.My order no is SO[protected]
