[Resolved]  Club Factory — respond to my order

I have already gave a complaint but no response to that...
I want my order as much as possible...
Its already 20 days completed for that order...
Can u give any rply... Or how to cancel it i ordered the watch as a guest..
It is not even showing the tracking details but showing like it has been shipped but still how many days should i wait..
I am waiting for that...

On 23 january i was ordering an earphone from club factory using bhim upi but the transaction failed and the money debited

when i complaint to my central bank they said that the amount has been credited to beneficiary bank even after failed transaction
Damaged product, no charging, battery backup is tooo bad, i ordered white colour but it came as black..completely worst product
