I purchased a jacket from club factory.. It is really a awesome product. My family liked it so much.. But it has some size problem it is not properly fit. (Size problem) so thats why i want to return or exchange it soon. Actuly i purchased it when i dint hv club factory app.. But after purchased i downloaded it but now. I was ordered 3 products which amount is 1250 around and I didn't get the product and the company already detected my amount from my account how can receive my back my amount refund please tell me anyone can help meree.
This is with regard to the refund of money for which I request the company to make a certain notification as soon as possible
