Club Factory — return pick up successfully but refund can't initiated in my club factory wallet | |||
I was order a sumsung wireless earphones on club factory that is order no SO[protected] and tha products was delivered to me and I am also placed a return request because tha products was sounds quality issues and copy products after that successfully return pick up and successfully delivered in tha club factory Wearhouse after that I received a notification on club factory application that your product can't qualified our quality check so return rejected after that I will contact with you castumer care but they told me that they can't help me regarding this order. I will attach some photos of tha products is below. so I would like to request you give me some good reasolution regards this order I want to refund to this order in my bank account Please sir help Was this information helpful? | |||

Reg-SO[protected], I ordered gown on feb 21st 2020 but received product quality was not good and size was not fit, so i requested for refund, but refund was rejected even product was with them.My money was blocked in clubfactory and they not providing proper reason for that.I need my refund amount back.

My order number SO[protected] I have cancelled the order I have paid in Google pay but still it does not refund the amount.please refund the amount as soon as possible.
