Club Factory — rs. 3200 order not received

My name is milan kumar. I have placed an order on club-factory mobile app, order number is so3574641 on 2 september 2017 and today is 20/09/2017, till date i haven't received my order or no updates about the same. Now i want my money return back, i want cancel this order and refund of rs. 3200. Their app is so user unfriendly unable process my cancel.. They don't have a active customer support.
