Club Factory — seeking refund for order# so[protected]

Hi,
I have ordered 11 in 1 resistance tube on june 30 2020 thro paytm. Due to some reasons, club factory ppl made me to wait for one month n cancelled my order without my knowledge. Since they initiated cancellation on 29th july 2020 and mentioned that i’ll received the refund amounting 862.12. As of now, it’s still showing processing and i don’t have a proper medium to comunicate with them. I would like your kind self to look into it refund that amount at the earliest. Hope u ppl will surely help customers like us in getting our refund back.
