Club Factory — shipper unavailable

I have placed an order on 3/11/2017 and the parcel has reached India by 6/11/2017 but after that there is no shipper available to pickup the parcel and deliver it to me. I have texted them continuously to arrange a different shipper and deliver the products but they are giving vague excuses and its just killing time. Can you please look into the matter and get my products delivered in a good condition.
