[Resolved] Club Factory — so[protected] order not delivered

I have ordered Crystal Diamond Ring, Zircon Crystal Titanium Steel Ring, Gold Diamond Princess Ring on 4th of Jan. 2019, order no. SO82261514.

But not delivered to me till 7 Feb. 2019. I also called to customer care, but not got any satisfactory answer for it.

Showing on the courier site that my order has been lost.

So I request you to either refund my money or deliver my order ASAP.

I ordered casual suit jacket for mens casual from club factory but the quality is very very poor also i have received my order but in my club factory account it is showing that order not shipped because of which i cannot click on the return option and i could get my refund
