Club Factory — stuck at custom clearance

My order has been in customer clearance for more than 5 days now and it's just stuck there.
There is no information on the time or where my order is right now.
Due to the sudden ban on club factory in india, is it going to affect my order in anyway? My order was submitted before the ban of the app.
